  • Eva Ekeblad
    Jul 29 2024

Historians even credit increasing popular use of the potato with preventing famine in Europe! Follow us in episode fifteen of The Inventing HerStory Podcast to learn all about the history of the potato and Eva Ekeblad's use of the potato which contributed to their popularity in Sweden still today!
