Founder, Holly L. Hubert, retired from the FBI with 25 years of experience in multiple disciplines. As an Assistant Special Agent in Charge, Hubert was the executive responsible for FBI Buffalo’s Cyber Program and founder of the FBI Buffalo Cyber Task Force in 2002. She secured federal funding for the Western New York Regional Computer Forensics Laboratory (WNYRCFL), one of only 15 FBI Laboratory Division-affiliated state-of-the-art facilities dedicated to the science of digital forensics. Hubert also established and served on the WNYRCFL executive board. She completed her undergraduate degree in IT, holds a master’s in Leadership and Communication.
