  • Martha Jean Minniti, RN, BS (Marty) is the Chief Executive Officer of SNI Staffing and Search and the original founder and CEO of The SNI Companies—four distinct entities focused on adult home care, pediatric home care, home infusion, staffing, and consulting. These companies offer specialized product lines in direct patient care, Health Information Management (HIM), clinical trials, and care coordination.

    Marty is a co-inventor of the patented Patient-Interactive Healthcare Management System and co-founder of Wellby, a patient engagement platform built on industry standards to drive health transformation. Wellby enables providers and patients to connect through real-time data to reduce costs and improve care management outcomes.

    Recognized as a visionary nurse entrepreneur, Marty has been involved in holistic nursing since 1980. She has collaborated with nurses, nurse practitioners, healthcare organizations, payers, and employers to design solutions that improve care delivery, both in outpatient settings and for aging in place.

    From 2001 to 2003, Marty was named to the Philadelphia Top 100 as one of the fastest-growing privately held firms in the Philadelphia region. In 1998, she was honored as one of Pennsylvania’s 50 Best Women in Business, and from 1999 to 2004, her company was ranked as the third-largest home care company in the Delaware Valley by the Philadelphia Business Journal.

    An accomplished author and presenter, Marty has contributed to various peer-reviewed publications and health information resources, including JHIM, AJMC, Home Health Care Management & Practice, Nursing Economics, and the Annals of Emergency Medicine. She has also held numerous board and advisory positions, including with DVHC/HAP Board, the Health Care Improvement Foundation, Gwynedd Mercy University Board and President’s Committee, University of Pennsylvania Center for Bioethics External Advisory Board, and the Institute for Safe Medication Practices.
