While technology innovation is her passion, she’s spent the last 13 years working with Fortune 500 companies to standardize their “people-intensive” operations from front-line associates to C-Suite executives. She’s worked in the trenches, scaling business operations for companies like Walmart, Inc., Dillard’s, Tyson Foods, Proctor & Gamble, and Nestle among others.

Tiphany led a best-in-class training organization in the Aesthetic Industry where she was well known for constant innovation- building technology platforms to assist in injection-related education and creating programs that redefined the learning experience for nearly 15,000 clinicians per year. For the last several years, she’s traveled the country providing practice management education and business skills training for practice owners and managers. She also works in a consulting capacity across the Aesthetic Industry helping pharmaceutical manufacturers understand HCP purchasing behavior, build & execute product launches, and plan their go-to-market strategies across various channels.

Dr. Lopez is the Co-Director of Aesthetic Next, a multi-disciplinary, immersive industry conference in Dallas, TX, that focuses on clinical applications, practice management, and technology-enabled growth for Aesthetic practices.
