    Menopause comes with a LOT of physical effects... weight gain, bloat, itchy skin, aches, pains, muscle loss... and the list goes on.

    But there's so much more to it because this transition is all emcompasing. It's physical. It's emotional. It's psychological. It has a "total impact!"

    And because of that total impact, it also affects every aspect of our lives, including our intimate relationship.

    And we don't talk about that enough.

    When a woman comes to me for help, she OFTEN tell me one of her main goals is to improve her relationship with their husband.

    And specifically, she says she wants to be more intimate, more often.

    So in today's episode, I talk about what's "normal," why it feels so uncomfortable physically and emotionally, and how all of that impacts our relationship.

    And it does have an impact... Have you noticed the increase in divorce for couples in their 50s?

    But don't despair! Today, I also share how we CAN regain the "comfort" we seek and the intimate connection with our partners.
