He began by being the property manager of his family’s assets, handling tasks from collecting rents, conducting repairs, and maintaining tenant relationships, before moving onto the acquisitions and capital markets side. Currently, Zihao leads the Diligence and Operations divisions and is responsible for the strategic decisions within MH.


    Outside of MH, Zihao is actively involved in the Urban Land Institute (ULI), National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC), and other real estate associations. He is an active speaker at multiple events and conferences including IMN, iGlobal Forum, etc.

    Akash is the visionary Founder and CEO of Multi Asset Generational, a dynamic real estate and private equity fund. Alongside his dedicated team, he collaborates with private equity firms and family offices to syndicate, develop, and invest in various projects, including a recent partnership with an India-based private equity and venture capital fund focusing on startups and unicorns.

    Further expanding his investment scope, Akash co-founded the Karma Energy Fund, focusing on highly selective oil and gas exploration investments. Currently, he manages over $100 million in assets.

    Akash earned an MBA in Entrepreneurship from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Pune University.
