What we watched: Poolman. Who we watched it for: Chris Pine (Best Chris). What we thought: Chris Pine should be proud of the fact that he made $10 million dollars look like a $12,000 student film. But that's pretty much where the pride should end. A swing and a miss, big guy. You'll get 'em next time.

What we watched: Risen. Who we watched it for: Tom Felton. What we thought: If they'd stuck with the CSI: Judea they started with in the first half, it would have been solid. As it is, this would have been much more enjoyable as a Veggie Tale.

What we watched: Halloween H2O: Twenty Years Later. Who we watched it for: Jamie Lee Curtis and Josh Hartnett (and his terrible hair). What we thought: Fun and silly, just long and violent enough, but without the usual Halloween merriment that Michael Myers is known for carrying in his heart.
