The Epstein Chronicles

By: Bobby Capucci
  • Summary

  • Jeffrey Epstein was a multi millionaire who had political and business ties to some of the most rich and powerful people in the world. From businessmen to politicians at the highest levels, Epstein broke bread with them all.

Yet for years the Legacy media and the rest of high society looked the other way and ignored his behavior as multiple women came forward with allegations of abuse.

Even after he was convicted and subsequently received a sweetheart deal those same so called elites welcomed him back with open arms.

Now after his death and the arrest of Maxwell, the real story is starting to come together and the curtain has begun to be drawn back and what it has revealed is truly disturbing.

From Princes to Ex Presidents, the cast of scoundrels in this play spans continents and political affiliations leaving us with a transcontinental criminal conspiracy possibly unlike any we have ever seen before.

In this podcast we will explore all of the levels of Jeffrey Epstein and his criminal enterprise.

From his most trusted assistants to obscure associates, we will leave no stone unturned as we swim through the muck searching for clarity and answers to some of the most pressing questions of the case.

From interviews with people directly involved in the case to daily updates, the Epstein Chronicles will have it all.

Just like our other project, The Jeffrey Epstein Show, you can expect no punches pulled and consistent content. We have covered the Epstein case daily(everyday since October 1st 2019) and will continue to do so until there are convictions. With a library of well over 1k shows, you can expect a ton of content coming your way including on scene reporting from the Maxwell trial and from places like Zorro Ranch.

Thank you for tuning in and I look forward to having you all along for the ride.

  • The Mega Edition: Kim Porter And The Memoir Saga (11/24/24)
    Nov 24 2024
The latest news regarding Kim Porter's posthumous memoir, titled Kim's Lost Words, has stirred significant controversy. The memoir, which surfaced earlier this year, allegedly comprises diary entries from Porter's time with Sean "Diddy" Combs. Within its pages, Porter describes harrowing instances of emotional and physical abuse, including allegations of Diddy assaulting her with a chair and making death threats. The memoir also details accusations involving Diddy’s infidelity, manipulation, and control throughout their relationship.

The memoir, which has reportedly been found on a flash drive by Porter's friends, paints a dark picture of their relationship, stretching from the 1990s to the years leading up to her passing in 2018. While the memoir has not been officially authenticated, its release has drawn renewed scrutiny, especially in light of Diddy's recent legal troubles.

Diddy's debauched life of threesomes and unspeakable violence exposed in gory tell-all book from Kim Porter, the dead mother of his sons | Daily Mail Online

Amazon recently pulled the controversial memoir "Kim's Lost Words: A Journey for Justice, From the Other Side", which claimed to reveal details about Kim Porter's abusive relationship with Sean "Diddy" Combs. The book was self-published by Todd Christopher Guzze under a pseudonym and allegedly compiled from Porter's documents. It quickly gained attention after Diddy's arrest on sex trafficking charges, briefly becoming a bestseller.

However, Porter's children publicly denounced the book, calling it a fabrication. They emphasized that their late mother did not write the memoir, and they criticized it as a disrespectful attempt to profit from her legacy. The book was riddled with grammatical errors, raising further doubts about its authenticity. In response to these complaints, Amazon removed the memoir from its platform, citing concerns over the validity of the claims made in the book.

    Our second segment:

Rumors surrounding Sean "Diddy" Combs allegedly drugging his victims have surfaced as part of broader allegations against the music mogul, many of which are tied to his notorious parties. These accusations have been amplified following his recent arrest on charges of sex trafficking and racketeering.

These accusations are supported by accounts from others who attended Diddy's infamous "Freak Off" parties, where guests reported widespread drug use and explicit activities. Some victims allege they were drugged and coerced into sexual acts during these events, with claims that Diddy orchestrated and participated in the abuse.

The allegations also extend to more sinister details, including reports from other victims who claim that Diddy manipulated and controlled them by drugging them as part of a larger pattern of exploitation and abuse

  • The Epstein Rewind: The Epstein Survivors And Their Amended Complaint Against The USVI (Part 4)
    Nov 24 2024
An amended complaint is a formal legal document that revises and updates the original complaint filed in a court case. It serves several key purposes and can be used in various situations to ensure that the legal proceedings are based on the most accurate and complete information available.Purposes of an Amended Complaint
    1. Correcting Errors: If the original complaint contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or other mistakes, an amended complaint can be filed to correct these issues. This ensures that the document is accurate and clear.
    2. Adding New Information: As a case progresses, new facts or evidence might come to light. An amended complaint can include this new information to reflect the most current understanding of the situation.
    3. Changing Legal Claims: Sometimes, the legal strategy may change, requiring adjustments to the claims or causes of action presented in the complaint. An amended complaint allows the plaintiff to modify their legal arguments.
    4. Addressing Defenses: If the defendant raises specific defenses in their response to the original complaint, the plaintiff might need to amend the complaint to address these defenses or to clarify certain points.
    5. Including Additional Parties: In some cases, new parties (either plaintiffs or defendants) may need to be added to the lawsuit. An amended complaint can be used to include these additional parties.
Procedure for Amending a ComplaintThe process for filing an amended complaint can vary depending on the jurisdiction and the specific rules of the court. However, some general steps and considerations typically apply:
    1. Filing the Amendment: The plaintiff drafts the amended complaint, making the necessary changes and including any new information. This document is then filed with the court.
    2. Serving the Defendant: The amended complaint must be served on the defendant, just like the original complaint. This gives the defendant an opportunity to respond to the new allegations or claims.
    3. Court Approval: In some cases, especially if the amendment is made after certain deadlines, the plaintiff may need to seek the court's approval to file the amended complaint. This usually involves filing a motion to amend and explaining the reasons for the changes.
    4. Response from Defendant: Once the amended complaint is served, the defendant has the right to respond, either by filing an answer or a motion to dismiss, depending on their legal strategy and the nature of the amendments.
    Considerations and Limitations
    • Timing: The timing of the amendment is crucial. Early amendments (e.g., before the defendant has responded) are generally easier to make and often do not require court approval. Later amendments might be subject to stricter scrutiny and require a stronger justification.
    • Scope: The scope of the amendments can also be a factor. Minor corrections are typically less contentious, while significant changes to the claims or parties involved might require more detailed justification and may be more likely to face opposition from the defendant.
    • Strategic Use: Amending a complaint is a strategic tool that can strengthen a plaintiff's case. However, it must be used carefully to avoid unnecessary complications or delays in the proceedings.
