For much of the world, there's no reliable way to call for help in an emergency. In Mwanza, Tanzania, local doctor Marko Hingi decided that wasn't acceptable. Working with local motorcycle taxi drivers, Dr. Hingi built an emergency medical system from scratch, and in this episode he shares exactly how he did it.
