Imagining how much it will hurt when a loved one passes feels normal unless you realize - its NOT! Further once you also realize, the loved one is not sick or ailing in anyway so, what are you doing?!! The loved one you're imagining being gone (dead) one day is just fine but your grief is regular and consuming! A.G.S. (Anticipatory Grief Syndrome) can steal your joy and be the dark undercurrent to your life. In this vlog/podcast I tell my story and suggest ways to heal from this painful condition.

I shared COVID with my dad and it killed him within 3 days. Doctors say the strains of COVID for which we were vaxxed and boosted are no longer in circulation. The COVID strains we're dealing with now are new. There is no VAX for these yet. And people- like my Dad (May 4 2023) are dying. Still. And they're not talking about it which is a public manipulation but I don't get into that last part in this podcast. Here, I ultimately want to warn about the danger of living on this biosphere and what we need to do to stay alive and keep our families safe.
