I had the absolute honor and privilege to talk with Olivia Briggs. She is an absolute rockstar with out anyone knowing it unless you know her I'm guessing. She recently competed in the Kodiak Ultra Marathon by UTMB in California.

I am inspired when I see and talk with people like her and with her especially. Just amazing goal setter, and drive, human with beauty on the inside and out that I wish to also have in my own life and see more of in this world. If you have a chance stop in say high to her at the Nutri Shop on Omaha St in Rapid CIty.

I am nor a physical trainer, I don't know what's best for my body when I am lifting. I have also found this out.. If I am around others, my competitiveness and commitment is a lot stronger and I get way more out of my work out's.

This has led me to going to the Monument Health Sports Performance Institute powered by EXOS. I have been going for almost a year, and it has changed my life. Now if someone mentioned, "let's go for a hike". I don't try and hide. haha

Honestly this is not like your normal gym, I mean it can be. You can come work out on next level equipment for sure. But if you are an athlete looking to get to the next level, or a professional who can't find the time, or maybe a professional couch potato that just needs to change your life, This is the place for you!
