#1 International best-selling author of “Warrior In The Garden”, Rob Eastman hosted BrainStoke in his “Chapel” to record this episode.
Rob, aka; The Tattooed Life Coach has carried the weight of bullying and ADHD at a young age, suicide ideation, addiction, sexual assault victim and divorce. Rob had several relapses with addiction that led to a low point. A defining moment: “Is that loud enough for you”.
That led Rob to face and embrace extreme ownership of his role and choices in where he found himself. Starting over, with a renewed sense of purpose of who he is as a human and a Father.

Tyler Servoss became a father at 17 years old. While other junior cyclists were at the Olympic Training Center focused solely on their future, Tyler was supporting his wife and children doing landscape work on the side, all while still getting in his training reps.

Tyler is no stranger to struggle and grief. He’s faced serious cycling accidents including a broken neck that he eventually recovered from only to lose his adult son, Kade, in a motorcycle accident who suffered from a similar neck injury.

Tyler loves cycling, back country skiing and getting outside where he copes with grief by pushing the pedals and climbing the skin track. As a husband, father, tolerance disciple and friend to all, get your daily D.O.S.E of good humanity with Tyler.
