Betrayal Trauma Recovery - BTR.ORG

By: Anne Blythe M.Ed.
  • Summary

  • btr.org – btr.org has daily, online group and individual coaching sessions for victims of emotional & psychological abuse and sexual coercion. For women experiencing pain, chaos, and isolation due to their husband’s abuse: lying, gaslighting, manipulation, porn use, cheating, infidelity, emotional abuse, and narcissistic abuse. We recognize that labeling a woman as codependent is a form of victim blaming. Pornography addiction / sex addiction are a domestic abuse issue. Narcissistic abuse is not a communication issue. We help women who are in a relationship, separated, or divorced navigate to recover and heal by establishing safety through boundaries. If you suspect your husband is a narcissist, a pornography addict, or emotionally abusive, this podcast is for you. We care about your mental health. Every woman on our team has experienced abuse and betrayal trauma first hand. To learn more about Betrayal Trauma Recovery, visit btr.org

Perfect for the day!

I have been a member of BTR for a few months through podcasts and groups. This group has given me knowledge and strength. That has helped me navigate this difficult time. This was going on long before I came in to his life. And this is perfect. I know there is peace and happiness ahead. Thank you BTR

Anyone with trauma needs this!!!

This podcast and group have been the most helpful and validating therapy. I hope that anyone who experienced this kind of trauma is able to find this resource. I am forever grateful to finally find REAL help. Unfortunately there is a lot of not great places we all go for help and it ends up doing more damage. And there is a lot of family or friends who even give not great advice also. I wish everyone knew about BTR. Anne and all of the amazing counselors with BTR, THANK YOU

I’m not alone!

This podcast helps listeners with recovery from sexual based betrayal, trauma, and abuse within relationships. I am dealing with a marriage that is suffering due to a drug addiction but I find the advice and discussion very helpful. I really feel like I found allies that understand and can educate on the subtleties of an abusive relationship.
