Jules put’s a spin on the cocktail and names it the Foxy Lady. Then we get into the history and evolution of the White Lady cocktail. We promise you, you’ll be making this one all year long. White Lady Glass: Coupe Garnish: Lemon slice Directions & Ingredients In shaker add: 1 egg white 2 oz Gin (Roku – Yuzu citrus, pepper, cardamom, and a little bitter orange 1 oz Cointreau 1 oz Lemon juice 0.25 oz Simple Syrup 3 drops saline solution Dry shake for 30 seconds Add ice to shaker and shake for another 20-30 seconds Double Strain into coupe glass Add garnish lemon peel Framework: Foxy Lady Glass: Coupe Garnish: garnish with a little nutmeg on top! Sex On The Beach Glass: Collins Glass Garnish: Orange and Cherry (taco) Directions & Ingredients In mixing glass add: 1 oz Vodka 1 oz Peach Liqueur (or Schnapps) 3 oz Orange Juice 3 oz Cranberry Juice Shake for 20 seconds Strain over ice into Collins Glass Add cherry taco garnish Where’s the beach? Glass: Collins glass Garnish: Cherry on top, fresh mint and optional, an umbrella! Directions & Ingredients 1 oz White Rum ½ oz Mezcal ¾ oz Peach liqueur, you can do the full 1 oz but I don’t love the flavor as much 3 oz CHARRED Orange, or Blood Orange Juice 2 oz unsweetened Cranberry juice ½ oz cinnamon syrup Add to a cocktail shaker and shake! Double strain into a collins glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish & enjoy! Stay tuned as Brad shares a fascinating overview of the history of whiskey, and Jules offers valuable tips on how to make the most of bitters in your cocktails. Don't miss out on this exciting mix of drinks and knowledge! Banana Old Fashioned Glass: Double Rocks Glass Garnish: Banana slice, banana chip, candied banana (your call) Directions & Ingredients To make Banana Simple Syrup In sauce pan add: 1/2 sliced banana (riper the better) 1 c. sugar 1 c. water Simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, remove from heat, and let cool to room temperature. Strain through cheesecloth into an airtight container and store in the refrigerator (up to 3 weeks; add 1.5 oz of Vodka to get a few more weeks of storage). In mixing glass add: 2.0 oz Bourbon (Elija Craig Toasted Barrel) 0.33 oz (or 2 tsp) to taste 2.0 dashes of bitters (chocolate and/or walnut or Angostura) [If making in glass] 0.5 oz cold water Stir for 20 –30 rotations Strain over ice in rocks glass Garnish, if desired, with banana chip Framework: Espresso Old Fashioned Glass: Rocks Glass Garnish: Espresso beans Directions & Ingredients In mixing glass add: 1oz espresso chilled 2oz bourbon 0.5oz demerara syrup 2-3 dashes Pecan bitters Stir in a mixing glass for approx. 20 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass over a large cube Add 3 espresso beans, health, wealth, and happiness!
