  • Welcome to the second episode of Tell Him He's Dreaming, a baseball podcast focusing on the stories of the brave young Australians who have left our great country to chase their baseball dreams, hosted by Ty Russell.

    This week Ty speaks with Brent Iredale - one of the biggest prospects in Australian baseball. Iredale had one of the best JUCO seasons in 2024 in all of baseball. He was rewarded with a transfer to NCAA Division 1 baseball powerhouse Arkansas. Some early draft boards have him as a potential first rounder in the 2025 MLB Draft.

    Each episode, we will interview one of Australia's brightest young ball players. We will discuss the ups and downs that go along with leaving your family, heading overseas and challenging yourself to make a career doing what you love.
