Week 10 is in the books!

The guys almost had a full losing sports week if not for the Dolphins besting the Rams on Monday night. So needless to say, this episode features a happy Jonathan. Week 10 was a fun one that featured plenty of drama and plenty of low-scoring games.

The Saints continued the legend of the "Fired Coach Bump" as they beat the obviously better-on-paper Falcons. Speaking of Falcons, the guys identified the biggest mythical Atlanta fan this episode! The Chiefs squeaked one out to remain undefeated. Is it a sign of an overrated team, or a balanced one? The Lions pulled off a legendary comeback despite one of Goff's worst performances ever. What does this mean for the Lions? The Texans?

The AFC has a lot of bad records this season. That means a lot of teams have hope. The NFC, on the other hand, has a lot of strength at the top of the standings. The playoff race should be an interesting one.

Week 7 is in the books!

Another action-packed week is behind us and the guys begin by licking their wounds after Dolphins and Falcons losses. By licking their wounds, we mean focusing on NCAA Football, as both the Bulldogs and Hurricanes are in the top 10. So there's that.

However, on the NFL front, some teams are looking good. In one surprising case, an entire division is looking good (shout out to the NFC North). Some teams look ready to pack it up for the season. Expect some roster moves and asset acquiring in the near future.

The guys give their thoughts on the Deshaun Watson injury that the Cleveland Browns must be a tiny bit relieved by, as they won't have to make a very difficult decision YET, regarding their struggling, but outrageously expensive quarterback. What should they do? Are we allowed to say we're happy about an injury? Will Browns fans chanting "You deserve it!" while Watson is being carted off result in him never playing for them again? What team would take him on now?

Sound the alarms and break out the sirens!

It's time for another SveNFL Emergency Pod! We suspected this might be necessary due to some news that felt like it was bound to happen. Davante Adams has been unhappy in the land of business decisions, so he had demanded a trade. With Derek Carr no longer an option, it seemed inevitable that Adams would want a reunion with his other old pal, Mister A-A-RON himself.

Now the inevitable has happened, as the Jets and Raiders have come to terms with a trade for a conditional third round pick (highest value at second round). This is huge news, but is this a good idea? The Jets are coming off of another loss, have a divided locker room, interim coach and a quarterback that seems to be running the shots despite not likely being a Jet for more than this and next year.
