Sunday Scaries Are Hitting Hard

  • Summary

  • On this episode, Beau joins Stassi for their last Stassi podcast episode from Europe where Stassi has a bad case of the Sunday Scaries. Even though she's trying to soak up every moment left, she can't help but start to think about all the things that she has to do when she gets back home to LA - Messer's birthday, her book tour, and of course, decorating for Halloween!

Bubonic Plague FYI :)

Just wanted to give some little fun facts on what and why the bubonic plague was called what it was called.. “Bubonic” refers to the lymph nodes and swelling of them.. “The Black Death” was also duped because symptoms of being infected were not only swollen lymph nodes but they were turning black and it was something that doctors had ever seen before. The onset of death after contracting the virus was very quick and painful. In 1906 Professor Richard Pearson Strong, accidentally injected prisoners with the live bubonic virus, thinking he was injecting them with a Cholera vaccination.. There’s more to the story but Google it and look into it. It’s so morbid!
