  • The title of Chapter 3 in Jack Schaap's "Dating With A Purpose" is "Defraud Not One Another" and it really peels back the curtain on the legalism that prohibits adolescents & young adults from properly maturing in both a sexual and a romantic manner in their relationships (within the Independent Fundamental Baptist Movement).


    As Stuart reads along he is struck by quite a few thoughts that lead young people to develop "hangups" that can manifest themselves later in life as they seek to deconstruct their faith and date in the "real world".
