This is THE perfect way to kick off 2021!!!

First I heard a beautiful guided meditation by Melissa and I was captivated...then I found her incredibly spirited and motivating Podcast which led me to this book! Blew through it in 2 days! I think I took a million notes! Lol! Inspiring, passionate, enthusiastic but with grounded and truly actionable steps. You can feel her positive energy throughout the entire read! I will most certainly be returning to this throughout the year!
