Today I reference the book The Yugas: keys to understanding one's past, emerging energy age and enlightened future. There are two goals they mention in this book and I talk through how I am incorporating them into my life.

One- The experience of happiness, the feeling of being happy, is the result of movements of our life force in our bodies.

Two- the experience of personal happiness is enhanced through the expansion of one's awareness and sympathies.
