  • Episode 64: Derailed
    Nov 8 2024

This train is running on tracks with serious curves this week! We welcome Psytech back for another live recording this week as we go over the November patch update from Bethesda. We also talk about A LOT of mods, especially how NOT to mod your Starfield experience, and some changes to current mods that you should be aware of! Psytech also brings a mod to our attention that sounds very interesting. Wigit enters his villain era. Kilo starts spiraling. And Psytech auditions as the Andy Richter to our Conan O'Brien (some of you might have to ask your parents about that one). Come jump on this crazy train with us!

SPOILER WARNING! This episode contains end game spoilers for the Shattered Space DLC. Listen at your own risk! On this week's episode of Starfield RAW, we are joined by faithful listener and active member of our Discord community, Psytech. We touch on recent articles that may or may not actually be quoting Todd Howard, and how Bruce Nesmeth didn't actually allude to future Starfield titles. We also discuss what the narrative ending of Shattered Space could mean for future Starfield DLCs. Wigit is itching to enter his Billie Eilish era. Psytech experiments with the new grenade crafting system made available by Shattered Space. Kilo gets himself merc'd by ghosts over and over and over again. Rook sent in a new communication! We also have a bunch of mods to talk about!

  • Episode 62: Essence of Starborn
    Oct 25 2024

On this episode of Starfield RAW we take a nice, deep bellyflop into the Houses of Va'Ruun'kai, discussing what we know and what our opinions are of the three (four) Va'Ruun Houses. We got a mod for the frugal space pirate as well as one that you can use to make your ship more Serpent Chic. We also discuss our theories about what the Starborn are and where the powers you wield may actually originate. Wigit turns the show into interstellar Top Gear. Kilo finally entertains his inner Wigit. On an unrelated note, is the house plant NG+ what happens to Sarah when she goes through the Unity?

Top-shelf Starfield content!

7.5 episodes in and these three are growing into a very nice cohesive group that balance their discussions of Starfield. Tips, tricks, basic strategies, ship building, weapons, outposts, main quests and special side quests are all discussed, with spoiler alerts so you can skip ahead if you so choose. I highly recommend this podcast. -Yardsale99
