Last weekend, a couple of thoughts ran through my head, and I had a few realizations that I wanted to discuss with you. Sometimes, it isn't easy being in the present, especially when we are piled up with challenges in our lives; it's nice to take a breather and feel the abundance life has given us—the good and the bad.

I wanted to talk about something important and what I've struggled with growing up that has been a part of my life that I've outgrown. So, hopefully, I could help out someone out there that might feel the same way, too. or if you're just interested in hanging out with me today & just vibesss. However, I want to make this a two-part series since I believe that this particular topic is broad. In this first part, I will share with you my thoughts on the obsession with beauty and how it has affected me over the years, and on my second part, I do wanna talk about it in depth and how the obsession with beauty affects society as a whole, so stay tune & enjoyyy
