Joining Sophie to explore the science of sleep are some of the brightest minds with the busiest lives, who share their stories and their own tips and tricks that have helped them get a better night’s sleep. Along with the conversation episodes will be bonus soundscape episodes, released weekly, to help you escape the daily grind and calm your mind. Sleep On series 2, in collaboration with The Sleep Charity and The National Bed Federation, will be available from 24th September 2024.
