  • Did you know in Nevada driving the wrong way on the highway is considered a civil matter? Assemblyman Brian Hibbetts has submitted a bill draft request (BDR) to make the crime a misdemeanor. How is this not a crime already? There have been more than a half-dozen wrong way fatal crashes in Nevada so far this year (2024).
