Joined by co-host Sherrie Dunlevy, we discuss the emotional journey of letting go, the importance of rituals, and creating meaningful transitions. Letting go of a legacy project wasn't easy. The podcast was to end this year and shouldn't be taken lightly. To do it justice, I enrolled in this helpful class created by Dr. Sarah Kerr and learnt the difference between a good funeral and a bad one. If interested, please see the details here. I used this knowledge to support me in creating a ritual for our final interview.
