  • Season 4, Episode 66: Interview with Luciano Leroux (Nicholas Shanley) in “Teacup” (2024)
    Nov 5 2024

Now that the first season has aired on Peacock, Luciano was able to dive deeper into the spoilers and spill whatever he could. However, regarding the second season, nothing could be told about what to expect. Which is fair, we all have wait patiently to see what becomes of the two families fighting for survival.

I can say that this series does remind me of Stephen King’s “Dreamcatcher” in a sense. Two alien races fight against each other; one attempting to save humans and the other attempting to destroy it.

The special effects are very visually stunning, and the makeup is out of this world. James Wan has outdone himself again for this series and I cannot wait to see what happens in season 2.

  • Season 4, Episode 65: Interview with Aline O’Neill (Tonya Perkins) from “Hysteria!” (2024)
    Nov 1 2024

It was wonderful speaking to Aline O’Neill about her role as Tonya in the new Peacock Original series, “Hysteria!” starring Bruce Campbell, Emjay Anthony, Chiara Aurelia, Kezii Curtis, and Anna Camp.

Acting as ‘Tonya Perkins’ in this series, this was sort of Aline’s break-out role. She described how much it meant to her acting alongside the wonderful actors and actresses and how fortunate she was to acquire the part.

Even though the series focuses on the “Satanic Panic” of the 1980s, there is plenty of teenage angst, diving into danger, and teenage rebellion to go around, enough to keep the Sherriff (Bruce Campbell) busy.

Aline is such a wonderful person, and I am very glad that I had the opportunity to speak to her; clearly, she is very talented, and I can see her career soaring. Hopefully, and fingers crossed, that she will return in season 2.

If I could briefly sum up the series, it would be this: Hysteria! Is full of a talented ensemble of teens which makes it easy for the audience to root for the characters and share a yearning to belong and to be seen for who they are. However, in the 1980s, it was an unfortunate decade due to the era of the “satanic panic” and heavy metal causing parents to live in terror and blame television shows, even the Smurfs.

  • Season 4, Episode 64: Interview with Margaret Anne Florence (Jessica) from Damien Leone’s “Terrifier 3” (2024)
    Oct 28 2024

I had the opportunity to speak to Margaret Ann Florence to gain first-hand insight about what it was like filming the third installment of the Terrifier Franchise.

What I learned is that I am thoroughly impressed! The movie has definitely upped the stakes with the creative kills, stomach-turning sound design, and laughs that make you question your own sanity.

And let's not forget the legendary actors that joined the cast: Jason Patric, Clint Howard, and Tom Savini who performed admirably in the film.

  • Season 4, Episode 63: Interview with Peter Jacobson (Morris) from "Smile 2" (2024)
    Oct 25 2024

Peter Jacobson; what a wonderful and talented actor! Notorious for his role as 'Dr. Chris Taub' in the series, "House" (2007-2012).

However, in Smile 2, he is essentially a mysterious outsider who has a connection with the terror and happens to cross paths with Skye Rile (portrayed by Naomi Scott). His character tries to convince he can assist Skye and outsmart/beat this unseen force.

  • Season 4, Episode 62: Interview with Danny Bohnen (David Scott) & Jessie Nerud (Anna Scott) from "Name the Demon" (2024)
    Oct 21 2024

Movie Synopsis: The story of David, in an effort to save his possessed wife Anna. This is the remaining footage that was painstakingly put together to help tell the story of this horrific night. __________________________________________________ This movie combines both of my favorite sub-genres of horror: found-footage and possession/exorcism. I was also on the edge of my seat while watching the intense scenes, even the floating feet had me walk out of the room. If you have not seen this, it's playing video on demand (VoD): Tubu, Google Play, and Amazon Prime.

  • Season 4, Episode 61: Interview with Eileen Weisinger (Warrior Woman) from John Carpenter’s “Ghosts of Mars” (2001)
    Oct 3 2024

Season 4, Episode 61: Interview with Eileen Weisinger (Warrior Woman) from John Carpenter’s “Ghosts of Mars” (2001)

Such an incredible actress with a great outlook on life! I love how she shared her story about being a stunt woman; after all the movies she has been in, she has quite the impressive career.

Essentially this movie is Assault on Precinct 13, add a helping of The Thing, and throw in a pinch of Escape from New York, three of John Carpenter’s best-loved films.

She was also a stunt performer in a plethora of notable movies: I Am Number Four, Iron Man 2, Tekken, The Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Beginning, Star Trek: Nemesis, Not Another Teen Movie, Swordfish, Dracula 2000 and Mimic 2 – just to name a few. But had character roles in the first Iron Man in 2008, The Babysitter, and many more.

  • Season 4, Episode 60: Interview with Award-Winning Actress Ruby Modine (Judi Ross) from “Satanic Panic” (2019) - [A Pizza Party for The Prince of Darkness]
    Sep 28 2024

Absolutely loved this interview with Ruby! Her energy was very exciting and it charged this interview with nothing but positive vibes. It is true when I said that the movie "Satanic Panic" is in my Top 50 because it's truly an entertaining and amazing movie. For those that have not seen this masterpiece, you definitely need to check it out for a plethora of reasons; I would give you all those reasons but there are too many to list. The movie stars an exceptional cast, it was directed masterfully, and the storyline will keep you asking yourself "what in the actual f*ck is going on?" but in a positive aspect. It's unquestionably an underrated gem and I hope that there will be a sequel!
