  • 253. Lessons Learned at Marine Corps Marathon

    This past weekend I had the privilege to be a part of the 49th annual Marine Corps Marathon. Just to be clear, I did not run the race, instead, I was able to be a part of this amazing event from a very different perspective, one that most people don’t ever get to experience. I came away from the race feeling all the feelings and it really renewed my love of the sport of running. In this episode of the podcast, I share some of the big lessons learned at Marine Corps Marathon and how this event has changed my life for the better.

I love how the race she finally nailed a BQ by over 11 minutes, she didn't put the pressure on herself and didn't pay much attention to her watch!! Very inspiring and moti!!

I am so happy I found this podcast.

Running lean is awesome. Patrick McGilvray knows what his talking about I enjoyed listening to his podcast.
Also there is a running lean community on Facebook which is amazing. I had lost about 20lbs just following the tips and diet.
If you are a runner like me then this podcast is for you. It’s a life changing. Thank you Patrick McGilvray I appreciate you sir for all you do for this community and great job on this podcast.
