By the Holy Face of Luca! 😱

A program as entertaining as it is informative, Rex Factor is an excellent source of research for anyone, no matter their academic background or lack thereof (the latter being my case). The excellent hosts, Ali and Graham, charmingly cover some of the most important, most hilarious or most terrible events in English history with humour but also with reverence to the historic truth.

I was recommended this program by a friend a number of months ago and I’ve been hooked ever since! I learnt about historical figures I hadn’t heard of before, some more outstanding than others, and found out a great deal about the fascinating stories of the ones I did have previous knowledge of— all thanks to the accessible style of Rex Factor.

I have already finished the 1200-year journey twice— from the perspectives of the English monarchs and the Scots, respectively— but now I embark on that journey for a third time, letting Graham and Ali take me through the inspiring (or not, in some cases) tales of the English consorts.

Truly, an absolute fantastic return on my time investment!
