Church was never meant to be a spectator sport. Unfortunately, when we plant churches, we often turn Christians into cheerleaders whose only role is to clap or say "amen" during services. Our true purpose though is to make disciples who are mobilized on mission. In Jesus' church, everyone gets to play and everyone has an important role.
