We often define success in leadership by power and fame. The more people see a leader and the more people that answer to a leader means that leader has made it. But the overwhelming burden of concentrated power was not the way God designed us to live and lead. Instead, we ought to be focused on raising up and sending out more leaders to carry the mission forward. We've talked to church planters all over the world, and although you haven't heard of all their names, it will be hard to discount their Kingdom impact.
