In this episode I want to talk to you about energy and how your energy impacts your purpose. Sometimes in business it can feel like there is a gap between the strategy and the ‘doing’, and not feeling that we are actually having the impact that we are here to have and that we are fulfilling our purpose. That gap is very often energy.

The energy you feel within impacts everything, and it’s about aligning your energy to the purpose you have and the life that you envision for yourself.
