Excellent podcast

I’m learning a lot through this podcast and it wasn’t what I expected at all. Definitely worth a listen.

Ignore the haters, this is delightful

Alexis Coe and Elliot Kalan combine humor, trivia and solid journalism to put human faces on men a lot of us know only from history books, if at all. I don’t understand what some of the other reviewers are triggered by. These podcasts aren’t trying to be learned history lessons or comprehensive overviews of each president’s life and administration. They’re simply 28 minutes of light history complemented by interesting interviews. I particularly liked the way they approached Washington and his slaves. In short (I know, too late), I loved the entire series and am on my second listen. Anyone who can make Chester A. Arthur interesting is worth a listen.

I need the rest!

I'm so hoping this series continues and covers more presidents. It's charming and fun, respectful when appropriate but not afraid to poke fun at the ridiculousness at some of our past leaders. I particularly like the episodes about some of the more obscure figures, like Calvin Coolidge, which make largely forgotten men seem fresh and interesting.

Amazing podcast even for a 10 year old

I love the podcast I listen to it every night when I go to sleep whenever my mom tries to put something new on it never compares to the hilarious jokes and true facts this has been my comport for so long and I hope this review helps others find this amazing podcast. I have been wanting to send an email asking for more episodes for so long but never did and if this is not enough to get you to listen I don’t know what is.

Some interesting tidbits among the garbage

The concept is interesting: share some human characteristics and stories about our presidents. There is some information that is entertaining. However, there is a clear leftist bias to the subject matter chosen that has to be taken into account. In addition, every episode seems to have a lame "humor" bit that is nearly intolerable. It is unnecessary and a bit cringey. If you have an outlook similar to the hosts, you will enjoy these episodes. Otherwise, you will need some patience and tolerance to hang in there and glean the interesting information from the garbage.

Oh, please continue this show!

This is my favorite audible podcast. It is both humorous and entertaining, and the hosts are wonderful. I am so sad that they didn't do all the presidents, though...is there more to come?

I'm Addicted to This Podcast!

I am thoroughly enjoying this podcast! This is a new area for me, and I'm finding the facts about presidents I've only heard about fascinating. Alexis Coe and Elliott Kalan are very entertaining, and I enjoy the actors who play the presidents and different characters, too. Can we have all the presidents, please? PLEASE???

Love this series!!

The hosts present the show in a light and very funny way, but also share the bad sides of these men with the proper gravity when needed. I highly recommend the entire series!
