In today's conversation, I share the truth about our challenges in completing our assignments and life.
Psalm 4:1 states, "Hear me when I call, O God of my righteousness: thou hast enlarged me when I was in distress; have mercy upon me, and hear my prayer."

As we go through life, I encourage you to always be true to yourself and to God and ask Him for His help. It will not be easy wherever you are in life and your assignment, but God is with you.

On today's episode, I had the privilege of speaking with our very special guest, Khadija Dennis. She is a Wife, Mother, Social Worker, Help Ministry Director, and avid worshipper.

Khadija shared with us her journey of walking in God's calling and purpose for her life and how, along the way, God has provided what she needs. She highlighted the fact that support is needed along the way to encourage and build.

Our conversation was candid and pointed us to the importance of obedience and our fulfillment when we walk in the power of the assignment we have been given.

Khadijah reminded us that as we delight ourselves in the Lord, He will grant us the desires of our hearts. She shared how the Lord provided the opportunity for her to teach at her alma mater, which was her first desire. As she was faithful in doing what God called her to in the first place: Social Work, He granted her the desires of her heart according to His will.

I pray you will find hope in our conversation and be encouraged to trust God's plan for your life. It might not be what you want or expect, but know it will be His best for you.

She reminded us of the importance of discernment in our friendships, of knowing when their time or season has ended in our lives and our time has ended in theirs.

Friends don't compare or compete; we impact and win together.

• Trust is important
• Honesty is a requirement
• Respect is evident
