In this episode of Podtastic Audio, I’m back after a brief break for something a bit personal—I had surgery for skin cancer on my left ear. It’s been quite the journey, but I’m happy to say I’m on the mend and feeling grateful for all the support I’ve received. In true podcaster fashion, even during recovery, I couldn’t help but jump back on the mic.
I also talk about one of my favorite movies, The Greatest Showman, and how its themes of embracing individuality, overcoming adversity, and dreaming big resonate deeply with us indie podcasters. I break down six powerful lessons from the movie that apply to podcasting, reminding us that being different is what helps us stand out, and authenticity is what keeps listeners coming back.
Whether you're facing your own personal challenges or simply looking to take your podcast to the next level, this episode is packed with inspiration and practical tips to keep you motivated. I may be down one ear for now, but my passion for podcasting hasn’t skipped a beat. Thanks for joining me!
