As the PetCoin project began its development, we were overwhelmed by the fragmented nature of the pet ownership and adoption industries. From talking with pet owners, shelters, and rescue organizations, we quickly learned the most pressing priority for them was cash flow. 

    Attracting donors and keeping them informed as to where the money is being spent is a top priority for responsible pet charity organizations. For pet owners, knowing where to best place their pet for adoption, a heart-aching time for most, was also as vitally important. PetCoin will help these important groups of pet lovers achieve their goals through the use of cutting-edge blockchain and Web3 technologies.

    PetCoin is a digital currency (crypto) with the purpose that will give better lives to dogs and cats across the nation. Anytime PetCoin is utilized in commerce there is a small transaction fee that is donated to a pet charity in the name of the user. PetCoin currently has true utility with two proven use cases.
