• 03 Love Thy Neighbour
    Oct 27 2024

To love the Lord is to intend to do good, and to love the neighbour is to actually accomplish that intended good. Oftentimes, we find that we focus on accomplishing the external good, regardless of our selfish intentions. This is not what God desires because by doing that, we are unchanged within, and our actions are only temporal. What then does God desire of us in this respect? How can we love the neighbour according to God's will, so that we can contribute to the role of the church on this earth?

In this continuing message, “Love Thy Neighbour, Part 3”, Pastor Jeffrey Walter teaches that no man loves God without rightly loving the neighbour. He admonishes us to examine our intentions in our daily dealings with others, and emphasises that God seeks our salvation from sin above all else, and so we must also make this goodness our priority when dealing with others.

This message will turn your attention from the temporal acts of goodness, which only bring external satisfactions, to the more internal dealings of the heart, which result in true eternal transformation. It will also open your eyes to the essence of the church in God's plan, and the need to partake in it.

    Theme Passage: Matthew 22:35-39 KJV

The Word of God is everything. By it, we are able to transcend the most difficult of life's situations. A deep personal recognition and experience of this truth, stirs up a desire: a burning desire which triggers us to do all it takes to ensure that others also benefit from the Word, by which we ourselves have been preserved. By taking such steps, we prove our love for the (principle of) neighbour.

In this continuing message, “Love Thy Neighbour, Part 2”, Pastor Jeffrey Walter teaches on the importance of the Word of God and why it must go forth. Using the parable of the Good Samaritan, he explains who the neighbour is, what it means to love the neighbour, and how love for the neighbour (in its highest order) is demonstrated. Additionally, he highlights the irreplaceable and critical role of the local church (the inn). He further explains why we must desire and prioritise its establishment (thriving), and how we must contribute to its advancement.

This message presents a call of duty to all who are being transformed and blessed by the Word of God. Go forth and be a neighbour to the wounded. Grace abounds for this cause.

Theme Passage: Luke 10:25-37 KJV (The Parable of the Good Samaritan)

Other scriptures: Isaiah 40: 28-31, Matthew 7:24-25 [All scriptures in KJV]

Difficulties are an inevitable part of growing up. As we grow, our appreciation and awareness of life's difficulties also increases. This awareness makes us susceptible to the attacks of the enemy. However, if we learn to deal with the troubles of this life properly, we will transcend them and by that, gain great spiritual growth (mileage).

In this message, “Love Thy Neighbour Part 1”, Pastor Jeffrey Walter teaches what our focus must be in dealing with life’s difficulties. He emphasises the need to transcend them, rather than seek their immediate removal. He shares critical insights that must characterise our Christianity (spirituality). Finally, he explains why we must strive to transcend our challenges and how critical that is to being useful to others.

    Scripture: Matthew 7: 24-25 KJV

24 Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock:

25 And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell not: for it was founded upon a rock.

  • The Journey Of Transformation
    Oct 6 2024

Our regeneration is facilitated by an incorruptible seed (sperm)—the Word of God. This Word is totally committed to guiding us through every step of this journey, and undeniably, its efficacy is eternally viable. Thus, instead of doubting the Word when we encounter difficult circumstances and moments that seem to refute its efficacy, we should rather examine ourselves. The variable is never the Word, but how we apply ourselves to it.

In this Holy Communion Service message, "The Journey of Transformation", Pastor Jeffrey Walter describes the potency of the Word of God. He explains how the incorruptible Word of God is able to deliver onto us, the inheritance that is purchased for us in Christ Jesus. He reveals how the Lord alone is in charge of our transformation from evil to good. No man is ever aware of how this happens, let alone the details involved.

Is it up to us to figure out where or how the Word will lead? No, ours is to trust and obey, and leave our progress in the hands of God. “The Word knows the path it taketh”. Trust in it!

    Theme Scripture:

1 Peter 1:23 KJV Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth forever.

What shall we say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?” (Romans 8:31 KJV). It is in this assurance that we confidently rise up to fight back and speak to the enemy, “This day will the LORD deliver thee into mine hand; and I will smite thee, and take thine head from thee; and I will give the carcases of the host of the Philistines this day unto the fowls of the air, and to the wild beasts of the earth; that all the earth may know that there is a God in Israel.” (1 Samuel 17:46 KJV)

In this series, Pastor Jeffrey Walter sheds light on the nature of our inheritance in the Lord, the unfailing Word of God, and what is required of us to take hold of the Lord's promises in our lives through the word of faith.

Pastor Jeffrey Walter exhorts us in this episode, "Boasting in the Lord", to find confidence and comfort in God's promises, no matter how mechanical clinging on to them seems at our lowest. • 03 TSC Sep 24 Kumasi | Be Not Slothful
    Sep 28 2024

“For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren.” Romans 8:28 KJV

This is the sure inheritance of every Christian and hence should be our primary pursuit, despite all odds. However, slothfulness (spiritual laziness), that is, the failure to first respond to the truth in the senses (external) or the unwillingness to do the most important thing at a given time, militates against this pursuit. How can a man overcome what holds him back, in order to eventually partake in the inheritance the Lord has destined him for?

In this series, Pastor Jeffrey Walter sheds light on the nature of our inheritance in the Lord, the unfailing Word of God, and what is required of us to take hold of the Lord's promises in our lives through the Word of Faith.

In this episode, “Be Not Slothful”, Pastor Jeffrey Walter emphasizes the need to progress from knowing the Lord externally to knowing the Lord internally (spiritual revelation). He explains how God converts a man's heart through obedience, and brings him to a place of glorification.

Furthermore, he demonstrates how to respond to the Word of God and shun spiritual laziness in order to access one's inheritance in the Lord. The importance of giving, as an act of obedience to God, is also highlighted.

Beloved, every promise of God is certain. Hallelujah! It is worth casting sloth away, giving up everything and fighting till you take hold of each promise.

  • 02 TSC Sep 24 Kumasi | The Integrity Of The Word Of God
    Sep 27 2024

According to divine principles, God always reveals himself to men through His Word (the divine truth). It is by His Word that He accomplishes His desires (will) in man. Thus, man can manifest the glory of God to the extent that he knows and agrees with the knowledge of who God is (His Word). But does man really know the Word of God? Does man find the Word of God sufficient?

In this series, Pastor Jeffrey Walter sheds light on the nature of our inheritance in the Lord, the unfailing Word of God, and what is required of us to take hold of the Lord's promises in our lives through the Word of Faith.

In this episode, “The Integrity of the Word of God”, Pastor Jeffrey Walter explains in detail what the word of God truly is and elaborates on the principles that establish the integrity of God’s Word. He further sheds light on the divine scheme, intentions and purposes of the Word of God in every man. He finally enlightens the believer on how to perceive and trust the Word of God; even the bare Word of God (the scriptures).

  • 01 TSC Sep 24 Kumasi | Our Sure Inheritance
    Sep 26 2024

All that we require for life and godliness has already been given in God. Since God does not change, the certainty of our help is guaranteed. However, we are not able to take hold of the assurance presented to us by the Word of God, without an outward sign to buttress it. How do we get to know all that is available in the Lord for us? And how can we be certain of the surety of this divine inheritance, so that we can receive it without looking for confirmation in the senses (external)?

In this series, Pastor Jeffrey Walter sheds light on the nature of our inheritance in the Lord, the unfailing Word of God, and what is required of us to take hold of the Lord's promises in our lives through the Word of Faith.

In this episode, “Our Sure Inheritance”, Pastor Jeffrey Walter paints vividly the certainty of our inheritance in the Lord. He teaches that the surety of our inheritance can only be known by the Word. Thus, we must accept the bare Word in what it says about God, without looking for a sign. Beloved, it is the Word of God we must labour with till we come to the place, where we accept its truth.
