We have admired Joe for a long time and his record speaks for itself. A one club man, Joe has captained his county Worcestershire and taken 472 first class wickets for the Pears in a career that started in 2012 and will end upon his retirement at the end of this season.

We do the usual quickfire questions, talk about captaincy as a bowler and we discuss Joes transition from batting to being one of the most feared new ball bowlers on the circuit!
