Jonathon Moran might be best known for his Confidential journalism, but he’s also a friend to animals great and small as a volunteer for WIRES, and a fierce mental health advocate with his Mental as Anyone podcast and book by the same name which is coming out soon.

On the menu is; Mum’s Spag Bol, Hot Pot, Mr. Pisa ice cream, with side dishes on snake behaviour, Bette Midler, effecting change from within, and the joy of finding new family as an adult.

The approach is built on cultivating three evidence-based mental health protective factors: emotional adaptability, social connectedness, and help-seeking.

But here’s the twist: Ada Nicodemou isn’t just a TV icon, but it’s possible she could be a far-flung cousin of Savva’s! They’re Fasouliotes, sharing roots that go deep into the carob and almond orchards of Cyprus.
