Not Nero Wolfe

Charming old radio plays. However, the primary characters have nothing,, but nothing to do with Wolfe and Archie.

Why is this guy talking

I thought it was Nero Wolfe. I don't want to hear a spiel about how to nominate this guy for an award before I hear any content.
