Obsessive Compulsive Diaries

By: Toby
  • Summary

  • Every Friday 12pm EST. My name is Toby and I was just recently diagnosed with OCD, ADHD, and PTSD. These entries are the journey through my life pre and post therapy, what that was like, and how different things are now I’ve sought help. I will also be including strange tales and unique experiences to help better get to know me and to get a hearty chuckle. I mostly hope to inspire people who need help as I did to seek it and how much better things can be for not only yourself, but those who love and worry about you. This is a safe space of stories, thank you for being here, I’m still recording

Hello, my name is Toby and I was recently diagnosed with OCD, ADHD and PTSD.

In today’s entry, I go over a bit of my Marriage to Lucy and how we came to be, including the night we met and the events that followed.

I also cover how being out of tune with your partners needs, even if accidentally, can still be hurtful and when it’s time to be accountable.

Most importantly, I describe Marriage to my best friend and unlearning old processes to help better understand and grow our relationship and how we’ve come together to help better each other with love and guidance.

    I love you Lovebug♥️.

Hello, I’m Toby, and I was recently diagnosed with OCD, ADHD and PTSD

In today’s entry, we go over some odd tales from my past.

Like coming home from school to discover I’m homeless, long interesting walks in an old cemetery , how the normal can be scarier than than the paranormal and the art of startling yourself listening for ghosts…

Oh yeah, we get a bit weird.

Hello, I’m Toby, and I was recently diagnosed with OCD, ADHD and PTSD.

In today’s entry, I cover how my panic attacks changed in frequency and intensity, not to mention how inconvenient they could be.

Disclaimer: Some of my methods for harming myself and how rapidly it became a serious issue, but also what drove me to do it.

I also discuss some future plans for this diary and tease some upcoming stories and odd tales from my life that would seem unbelievable if others hadn’t been there.

And finally, and I still recording?
