This episode we focus on the big “C” and its relation to men’s health; how being proactive in receiving both the prostate and colon exam as well as performing routine testicular self-exams will bolster efforts in staying cancer free.
I will be providing information from my recently performed prostate exam, that should shed some light on the procedure as well as dispel any myths associated with the exam process.
Candace and I also have a discussion on my newfound love of musicals, specifically the musical Hamilton, and how this complex array of scenery, intricate lyrical wordplay and song and dance contributes to the continued evolution of the Hip Culture.
Lastly, I interview guest Stan Bolo, beat production artist from Waipahu, Hawaii and discuss his relationship with Hip Hop and later converse on 2007 hip hop classic song “When the Gun Draws from Queens Emcee Pharaohe Monch.
