Once calm has been restored, it is time to gather your team(s), dissect all that happened, and identify the elements that need to be altered, enhanced, deleted, newly developed…. Foster individuality and motivate your team. Encourage your team members to develop their unique strengths and identities. Avoid forcing conformity; instead, celebrate their uniqueness and energize them with motivational moments. Use quotes, stories, or insights to keep them focused and positive.
