Real, and open honesty

This podcast is heart centered in honest language .
I'm listening. It's a great idea. I can relate so much to this particular episode, It's a Lifetime of Work...There is so much I can say. Daniella is right in saying there is a mind- body connection. What we believe others think of us, puts pressure on us to believe it, too. But that's a another whole discussion. I believe if this can continue, it would contribute to a lot of understanding. Everyone wants to be listened to. Thanks for doing this.
