With the intention of finding more balance and Zen in her life, Risha spent the last decade figuring our how someone as Type A as her can learn to relax. In 2022 she launched a coaching program around it, but all the people that she connected with, all the things that she learned begged for continued discussion and exploration. Welcome to the "My Super Type A Attempt at Being Zen" Podcast where we talk about relaxing, balance, Zen, finding ways to give ourselves grace and our biggest challenges while navigating this as a Super Type A person.
