  • Giorgio wakes up to Lucrezia's voice after a night spent in her guest room following a lively wedding reception. Although he remembers little, Giorgio is agitated, realizing that he was left fully dressed while Lucrezia was wearing comfortable pajamas. After a quick run to work, Giorgio discovers that he left his bag, containing a critical journal, in Lucrezia's room. Fortunately, Lucrezia calls him, urging him to retrieve it. When Giorgio arrives, their casual conversation is interrupted by the activation of his journal. Suddenly, Giorgio is transported back to 2001 with Joel, standing in front of the Marriott World Trade Center. They are there to investigate a mystery at the hotel, starting with a strange encounter with the hotel's president, Mrs. Bolton, and her secretary, Ms. Ortega. Tensions rise when the team finds Ms. Ortega dead in an elevator, launching Giorgio into an unexpected investigation against the eerie backdrop of the Twin Towers.
