Mother and Son Conversations is an evolving project that we started to see if the world would be interested in! Kids' voices are often silenced, and from my experience as a CBT and Emotional Intelligence Coach, many of us suffer from childhood trauma. Many of us were abused and silenced. We want to end that by dispelling the harmful "seen and not heard" philosophy that made us feel invalidated. So listen in as you see my son and I connected bi-weekly or monthly!
