Love it!

I put my original review in the wrong place... on the trailer episode. I'm finding that listening and relating to other people's experience with anxiety has been very helpful. I recommend listening to this if you have anxiety.

Great Podcast!!

I just finished all episodes of Sarah’s podcast and it is hands down one of the most helpful and knowledge packed anti-anxiety tools I have ever read or listened to. Her and all of her guests, give their own views of their own anxiety struggles and it made me realize that I’m first of all not alone in this struggle, but it also gave me information that help me understand why I feel this way and it gave me tools to learn to cope with it better! Thank you Sarah and everybody involved in making this GREAT podcast!

outcome focused

I love Sarah's focus on helping the other person and being really present to their situation. She is using her personal experience to offer ideas without ever making it about her or being preachy.

Beautifully done.

Too much chit chat

Way way too much chit chat. Especially at the begging. When transmuting true wisdom and knowledge it should be distilled and easily digestible. I don’t care about your personal life your degree your bla bla bla. If you’re very patient you can get through this and learn a lot but I have over 200 books in my library waiting for me. Sorry but not worth it even if it’s free.
