I am obsessed with the LTAMH podcast!

I am a 30year old female with childhood trauma. As a mentally healthy adult I have and still am working on becoming a better person all the time. Ive been listening to the LTAMH podcast for months, and each episode makes me feel cleansed and happy. I cannot speak highly enough for Jeremy's knowledgeable advice and assessment of each puzzle piece of good mental health that he covers. I listen to the episode on patience on a regular bases and it gets me refocused and curbs my anxiety on stressful days when I really need support. I have told so many people about him, because I am confident that every person listening to his message will feel thier needs are important and recognized. Each episode has a How To section so you can start moving forward with bettering yourself in a tangible way. He is down to earth and has experienced his own challenges and has been strong enough to overcome and find a light and understanding that he shares with his listeners. Jeremy if you read this, thank you with all of my heart. You are a good and beautiful human being and I appreciate you so very much! I would love to see your book on Audible, as I have bad vision and cannot read text easily, otherwise I would've already bought it!! Peace and Light to you in all that you do. -Markette
