Four new recruits of a massive company called Ascended Corp. battle against cultists and worshipers alike under the all-seeing eye of their employer’s crystal surveillance technology. Campaign 2 takes place in the fantasy continent of The Badlands 1,000 years after the events of Campaign 1.

    Dead Season

    The realms of the living and the afterlife collide in this mystery campaign. Having met their untimely demise, four intrepid characters must navigate the afterlife to unravel a murder mystery and fulfill their unfinished business. As they traverse the Astral Plane, these characters will confront the secrets buried in their pasts and the murderer hiding within their memories who is out for blood. The party then compares notes with the spirit inside of Earl's bone staff to get closer to the bottom of their afterlife mystery. Talroth reveals that he hid the amulet that is containing Delry in his ichor cage.

    🏢 Talroth and Javi are escorted to the Bad Infinium Headquarters, where Chai and Xel are already waiting with the leader of the Bad Infinium—Chai's son, Earl, played by special guest Joshua Lorimer. After a particularly grueling day of investigation, the party decides to take a much-needed long rest.

    🔥 Around the campfire, Chai works her culinary magic, preparing delicious treats on the coals. Talroth, wary of Xel's determination to rescue his son, keeps the amulet key to Delry's Ichorous cage a secret, fearing that Xel might attempt a dangerous night escape while low on health.

    🍲 Xel and Chap attempt to join Chai in cooking for the potluck feast. The camaraderie around the fire brings a moment of respite and bonding for the weary adventurers.

    🦴 Earl makes a startling discovery about his bone staff weapon—it contains a trapped lost soul. As he grapples with this revelation, Chai introduces Earl to her animal companion, Puddle. To everyone's surprise, Earl knows a great deal about Puddle and reveals more about the creature's true nature.
