  • KIR With Jillian Michaels Hot Takes: Is the pill actually safe?
    Jul 4 2024

Why isn't there a birth control pill for men? With rates of infertility higher than ever, and early onset cancer diagnosis in hormone related types of cancer… should we be asking ourselves is there any impact of the pill on these things? We know there are side effects for some - weight gain, headaches, acne. One of the reasons there isn’t a pill for men is because they “don’t want the side effects”. Is it time to explore other birth control options with your doctor that are non hormonal?

always learning something new

Most of the information Jillian conveys is how my husband and I live our lives so it's confirmation but I really like when she dives in, that's where the information gets more interesting.. love hearing about trends now versus just 5 years ago, it's all very fascinating if you care about fitness health and lifestyle.
